At Indianapolis Premier Catering, we take care to provide our customers  high quality services personalized for their unique catering needs.            Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.              
We are available to take your order 7 days a week.                         

Service and Venue Charges 
•Services charges of 18% will be applied to any invoice that is not a drop and go.    At the CLIENT's discretion, any extra gratuity will go directly to the service staff.
•Onsite cooking charges of $300 or higher may apply to events with                           no prep kitchen.
•Client may be charge $75.00 or higher for fees we accrued to utilize venue


Delivery/Travel Charge
•$15.00 for Indianapolis 
•$20.00 and up for surrounding cities ($.50 per mile)


Tasting 
Payment for a tasting are as following 
Menu A or B tasting cost is $125.00  
Menu C tasting cost is $175.00
Menu D tasting cost is $200.00

The payment must be paid at least 72 hours prior to tasting date. The tasting is good up to 4 guests; each additional guest is $10.00 (Maximum guest count of 6). The payment is non-refundable due to the cost of the food and preparation time. Guest may select up to 3 entrée(s) and 4 sides. The tasting includes full size meal portions 

Event Set-Up Packages

  • Black or white laminated plastic plates, cups, utensils and paper napkins is included in the price per person

  • $.75 per person for plates, cups, utensils and napkins for food ordered by individual pans

  • Decorative clear plastic plates, cups, utensils and paper napkins is included in the price for the wedding menu

  • China dishes, glasses, silverware with linen napkins is available for an additional fee

Food served in disposable aluminum pans equipped with wire chafer racks under fire to keep food hot (optional: drop and go or staff member present during event)
